Ecloto Designs LLC offers EngraveKit at https://engravekit.com. These terms cover the free tools. Pro is not on sale yet.
The tools are aids, not instructions for your machine
Files from this site are geometry. You choose the material, the power, and the speed. You are responsible for knowing what your laser can cut. Do not laser PVC, vinyl, or a plastic you cannot identify. Test on scrap. Ecloto Designs LLC is not liable for a ruined sheet, a damaged machine, or a harmful fume.
No warranty
The tools are provided as-is. A finger joint can be loose if the kerf is wrong, and a tumbler preset can miss a blank you did not measure. Check the file at 100% scale before you cut a customer’s order.
Your content
You keep the photos, names, and artwork you bring to a tool. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Do not use the site to infringe someone else’s copyright or trademark.
The site itself
The EngraveKit name, the pages, and the tool designs are owned by Ecloto Designs LLC. You may use the files you generate for your own work, including work you sell. You may not resell the site or present it as your own product.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not buy Pro and does not reserve a price. The planned prices are $15/month or $129/year for Pro, and $29/month for Shop. They can change before launch.
